A walk from West to East Beijing

The journey from the Yongding River to the Wenyu River in Beijing spans a distance that can be covered in approximately twelve hours of continuous walking. This expedition follows a singular route, traversing a straight road that effectively bisects the city of Beijing. As I embarked on this excursion, my purpose was to transport water from the West river to the East river, a symbolic act facilitated by passing through the security checks of Tiananmen Square.
